We offer result-focused 12 week online Pilates programmes that help you to be stronger, more flexible and free from pains and aches.
Each programme will ask you to do 3 short videos a week (circa 30 min long) for 12 weeks. Once you have signed up, you will have access to your own personal page where you can find your weekly videos.
All you have to do then is to roll out your mat, press play and enjoy the class. Expect it to be challenging, but in a good way!
Pilates is a great all-body workout that focuses on muscle control, flexibility, stability and strength. It has the power to transform your body, helping you to become leaner, stronger and free from aches and pain. It is not cardio based – no jumping, running or high-intensity interval training involved. Instead, it is slow, focused and controlled, but oh boy…does it work!
