If you are a complete beginner, you may want to start with theGet To The Core Challenge to get to grips with the Pilates technique.
The workouts are short in time, but pack a punch. If you have more than 10 spare minutes, you can combine 2 or 3 and make your own longer workout!
If you get a bit behind on schedule, don't worry – you will have LIFETIME ACCESS to your account.
It means the classes stay on your page and you can always catch up in your own time.
